1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using nanoprime's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

nanoprime provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including search engines, social media platforms, and display networks. Our services include prospect identification, multi-channel advertising, and qualified lead delivery.

3. Lead Quality Standards

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified target demographic criteria
• Has provided valid and verifiable contact information
• Has consented to be contacted regarding your offerings

4. Pricing and Payment

Lead pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Standard (Search & Display): $40 per qualified lead
• Premium (Social Media): $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise (Multi-Channel): $60 per qualified lead

Payment is required before lead delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for qualified businesses.

5. Lead Delivery and Guarantee

Qualified leads will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. We guarantee lead quality and will replace any leads that do not meet our qualification standards at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using leads for spam or unsolicited communications

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

nanoprime's liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and any prepaid amounts for undelivered leads will be refunded.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and technologies used by nanoprime remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our lead generation processes.

11. Compliance

All lead generation activities comply with:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• GDPR (where applicable)
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
• Other applicable privacy and marketing regulations

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pecos County, Texas.
